Complaints / Content Removal Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful platform. We do not condone content or activity that is illegal or that violates our applicable standards, policies, or terms of service.
Reporting Content
Users may report content that they believe:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
- Violates our Standards, Terms of Service, or other applicable policies;
- Involves human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse;
- Contains fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material; or
- Otherwise presents a safety, legal, or policy concern.
To submit a complaint or request the removal of content, please contact us through our designated complaint/reporting channel and provide the URL or location of the content, a description of the concern, and any relevant supporting information. Anonymous reports may be accepted where permitted.
Review and Resolution
All complaints concerning potentially illegal or policy-violating content will be reviewed promptly. We will acknowledge and review all such reports and will make reasonable efforts to resolve each complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.
Our review may include examining the reported content, relevant account or transaction information, applicable laws and regulations, and our Standards and policies. We may request additional information from the reporting party or the person responsible for the content when appropriate.
Appeals
If a decision is made to remove, restrict, or allow content following a complaint, the affected party may appeal the decision by contacting us through our designated complaint/reporting channel and explaining the basis for the appeal.
Appeals will be reviewed by an appropriate member of our team who was not directly responsible for the original decision, where reasonably practicable. The appeal review may consider new information, additional context, or arguments regarding the original decision. We will communicate the outcome of the appeal and any resulting action.
Potential Outcomes
Depending on the findings of our review, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the reported content;
- Require the content to be corrected or amended;
- Take other measures permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable policies; or
- Determine that no action is warranted and allow the content to remain available.
Where we identify content or activity that may violate applicable law, we may also report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Human Trafficking
We do not condone, support, or facilitate human sex trafficking or any other form of human trafficking. Any suspected instance of human trafficking identified through or in connection with our website or services will be reported to the appropriate authorities and handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
